2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website—including but not limited to original paintings, digital prints, photographs of artwork, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of LITTLE PISTOL STUDIO and Ella Pieper.

Copyright Ownership: Purchase of a physical print or original painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. All rights to the artwork, including the right to produce future prints, digital iterations, or promotional materials, remain the sole property of the artist.
Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any artwork for commercial purposes, resale, or AI training without express written permission from the artist.

3. Commissions & Payments

Down Payments: All custom commissions require a 50% non-refundable down payment to secure your place on the studio calendar and cover initial materials.
Final Approval: Upon completion of a commission, the final 50% invoice must be paid in full before the artwork is shipped.
Pricing: Prices for original works and prints are subject to change without notice.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. While I strive for 100% color accuracy in my photography to represent the vibrant textures of the work, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. We make no warranties regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the artwork.

5. Limitations

In no event shall LITTLE PISTOL STUDIO be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
